Free consultations: are they really free?

Questions about your own eyes? Speak to Ms Pearsall's team — free, no obligation. UK private patients.

Ms Pearsall's practice offers a free initial telephone call, not a free clinical eye assessment. A clinical consultation costs £250.

What is free?

The initial telephone enquiry lets you discuss your enquiry and ask about appointments. It does not replace an examination of your eyes or establish whether surgery is suitable for you.

What does the clinical consultation cost?

The clinical consultation costs £250. This is where your eyes are assessed and your treatment options, risks and alternatives can be discussed. The consultation fee is not deducted from the treatment price if you proceed.

Questions to ask before booking

Ask whether an advertised free appointment is a telephone enquiry or a clinical assessment, what any paid consultation includes, and what further treatment would cost. You should understand the fees before committing.

Next steps

Book a free initial telephone call or request a £250 clinical consultation. You can also call 020 3137 3237 or call or text +44 7487 394 838.
